These are the terms for using SirTripsALot, on the web and on the phone. They are short because the product is: it holds your bookings and does arithmetic on them.
Your account
You need an account to use SirTripsALot, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You can delete the account yourself at any time, from inside the app, and deletion is complete and permanent.
Your data is yours
Everything you put into SirTripsALot, and everything it files for you from your mail, stays yours. SirTripsALot uses it only to run the product for you, as the privacy policy describes.
What SirTripsALot tells you is a reading, not a guarantee
SirTripsALot reads bookings from emails and documents, and reads rules like the Schengen 90-in-180 allowance or six months of passport validity as they are commonly applied. It can be wrong: a parser can misread a time, an airline can change a flight without telling us, a border officer applies the rule at the border. Check the booking against the confirmation, and the allowance against the authority, before you rely on either. Weather and exchange rates are the providers’ figures and are shown with their age.
Fair use
Do not use SirTripsALot to hold anyone else’s bookings or documents without their permission, and do not try to reach data that is not yours. Sharing a trip by link is your choice; treat the link as you would the itinerary itself.
Free and Pro
SirTripsALot has a free tier with an allowance of items it will parse for you, and a paid tier managed on the web. The phone app does not sell anything. Prices and allowances are stated where you subscribe.
Availability
SirTripsALot is provided as it is. It aims to be up, and to keep your data safe, and it is honest about what it has and has not checked, but it does not promise to be available at a particular moment. Where the law allows, SirTripsALot is not liable for losses that follow from relying on it.
