Bought on the web
If Pro isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of any payment and you’ll get it in full, whatever the reason. That covers your first payment and each renewal. Request it at paddle.net, where Paddle (our reseller) handles web payments, or email us at hello@sirtripsalot.com and we’ll arrange it. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, and Pro ends when it’s issued.
Bought in the iPhone app
Apple handles App Store payments, so refunds are Apple’s decision. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The free trial
Cancel before your 14-day trial ends and you won’t be charged.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops future renewals. It doesn’t refund the current period by itself; ask for a refund within 30 days of the payment if you want one.
